Ryan Gould, President
Ryan started his career in non-standard auto in 1997 as a field adjuster handling both minor and complex first party and third party claims. In this role, Ryan completed on-site inspections, interviewed involved parties and witnesses, created estimates, negotiated settlements, and obtained releases for the company. Although his primary focus was auto, Ryan also worked homeowners and general liability claims. In 1999, Ryan took over as Manager for a field office, supervising a team of 10 adjusters through Central California. In 2001, Ryan joined an aviation insurance company where he managed their airline, general aviation and satellite claims globally. Ryan has continuously handled aviation related claims since for several companies, and is now excited to expand into additional lines. Both Ryan and Claims Centurion are licensed in California along with dozens of other states. As a Central Coast resident for more than 25 years, Ryan has the local knowledge and contacts to bring claims to a fair and quick resolution, while keeping the expense to insurers and their clients at a minimum.
